Error trying to create a Lun on FC60

For the first time, I am trying to create a Raid5 Lun on our FC60 (the
disk subsystem on our L2000).
Both SAM and amcfg returned the same error:

# amcfg -L B:2 -d 1:3,2:3,3:3,4:3 -r 5 -s 8 -V phoenix

I am getting this same error message - any one have any ideas ?
