When NT starts it write this to then Event Log :

Source : cpqarry2
Event : 11
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\ScsiPort1.

What is wrong ? I can see any errors in CIM

What Server are you using ? If you have a Server with the Integrated Smart Array Controller installed , remove that controller from the Server .
