FC Array Assistant Download

Does anyone know where I can download the FC Array assistant application for Windows 2000 server. I have a Storage /12 FC external array I want to use. Its connected to a HP HHBA5xxx FC HBA which I have installed a driver for. I can see in device manager the Mylex DAC960HP Disk Device which is in the external disk enclosure however I cannot configure it. I have found this download, ut_nt40_rs12fc_a0002_05.exe however it looks like this is for NT4 only as it Blue screens my W2K server after installing and rebooting the server.

Any help would be appreciated.
