FC60 Controller bootup error

Hello,

I have a FC60 controller that displays "KERNEL ERROR: Application flash file "/FFAppl" not found" during power on selftest.

I think the firmware is corrupted. I used the program "SerialDownloadUtility" to reflash the firmware, but it doen't work.

Other methods like amdsp or ammgr don't work because Unix doesn't recognize the controller in the first place.

Is there other way to reflash firmware?
