FC60 disk array

Do I need to set Bad Block Reallocation on LV's residing on an FC60 array to 'None' as I would for those residing on a VA for example?

Olivier,

for any disk array system it is considered best practice to switch off LVM BBR.

It is not a *must* but a recommendation, since disk arrays have their own methods of dealing with bad blocks.

You can change the lvols BBR definition using lvchange -r N /dev/vgYYZ/lvol##
