FC60 volume not appearing in NT

Hope one of you can help.

We had a raid five volume in an FC60 running in an NT cluster. We lost two disks, and somehow the volume was lost as well from the SM60 software.

We have since re-created the volume, but think it might have a new LUN and identifier, and it shows up as offline in disk administrator on the NT box.

My thoughts tend towards possible registry corruption, but a quick look through the registry doesn't show anything obvious.

Hot_add does not add the new volume, and sm60devices does not list it.

Any ideas? I've been banging my head against the wall for days now.
