GridMgr setup (MPE)
Greetings! I've done all the configuration to see my Nike Model 20 via a DTC connection, but keep getting this error:
Dale:gridmgr
GridMgr/iX (A.01.01) (C) COPYRIGHT Hewlett-Packard Co. 1996
SUN, AUG 25, 2002, 10:58 AM
There are 3 Grid Manager Disk Array Ldevs configured on this system.
Their Ldev numbers are:
203 204 205
Which of these Disk Array Ldevs do you want to use?
(You can select Ldev number zero to mean"none of them".)
Ldev number? 204
[MANAGER.PUB.SYS on Ldev #4]
GridMgr: Nike Ldev = 204, User Ldev = 4
************************************************************
* When you are done and want to quit using Grid Manager, *
* type either a Control-Y or a Control-K at any of the *
* Grid Manager "Enter Choice" prompts for input. *
************************************************************
Type a Carriage Return when you are ready to proceed.
GridMgr ERROR detected, error code = ERR_NIKE_READ_ESC_TRANSLATION_ERROR
**** PROCESS QUIT; PARAM = 47
ABORT: GRIDMGR.PUB.SYS
NM SYS a.00a9b4a0 dbg_abort_trace+$24
NM PROG 661.0000e368 report_error_and_quit+$50
Program terminated in an error state. (CIERR 976)
Anyone have any ideas? The ports seem to be configured correctly. We're using 25M/F straight-thru cables, and we're using MPE 6.0 on a 969/200, and (unfortunately) OpenView DTC manager.
Thanks in Advance!
