I have a VA7410 storage. Can I put in VA7410 286714-B22 (72GB 10K U320 Pluggable Hard Drive)

No, you can not, sorry.

The VA7410 requires fibre channel disk drives in a HP pre-merger form factor. The 286714-B22 is a parallel SCSI disk drive in a 'Digital/Compaq classic' universal disk drive carrier.
