It's on the navigator CD that came with your Netserver. Just load it in a Windows PC and it will present you with a menu that will make the floppies for you.

I has tried to find, but unsussesfuly.
My NetServer Navigator version L.18.10
Please, may you able to prepare these disketes and send to mailbox anupras@hotmail.com.
