HP RAID 4SI & IRM Configuration

Hello everyone,

I have installed a DS2300 disk system attached to a RAID 4SI Controller, along with I20 software and all the necessary patches on a L-Class HP/UX 11.0 server. The current STM on the server is A.24.20.

Everything appears to be fine until I try using the IRM command to configure the array. I am unable to navigate the Configuration Menu, and I am not seeing the disk (14 ??? 18GB disk on two 4SI CTLR) on the menu. Is there any suggestion as to what is needed to make this work? I am attaching a sample of the Configuration Menu.
