Hi,

I've got the fore-mentioned disk array with no flare image (SP Microcode) on the supplied disks.

Could someone please point me in the right direction as to were I might be able to get the firmware. I believe you use STM to download to the unit?

I am haveing a TERRIBLE time getting an apparently useless EMC FC4700 array online.

You mentioned FLARE code in your post here and re-loading it.

My "persistent storage manager" is broken. and I cant seem to get ANYTHING done without that.

Can you help shed light on what I need to do?
