HSV450 Controllers
Does anyone know if the base controller 512731-001 for the HSV450 is the same as the 512732-001 HSV450 ?
Would the main difference be just the additional memory in the 11Gb controller ?

Re: HSV450 Controllers
Hi,
HSV 450 or EVA8400 is the only model of HP EVAs that have a Configuration option for total Cache 14GB or 22GB in the Controller.
If you have a controller with 7GB Cache you need to go for the 512731-001
If you have a controller with 11GB Cache you need to go for the 512732-001
Regards

Re: HSV450 Controllers
Hi,
That's right. Also note that more cache means you need additional cache battery. The higher cache memory model needs 1 additional cache battery to be installed.
