HSZ70 HSOF upgrades ?

I am looing for info to get version V7.7 contrller pcmcia cards for 4 HSZ70's in an ESA10000 array tied to our Sun ES250 server... I found this part number
QB-5SBAG-SA
Does that number include the actual card for the HSZ70 ? Would I need to order 4 of these to get 4 cards ?
