Hitachi HDS (DF-350) 5730E

Has anyone come across the following error message before: ?

HDS - HARD ERROR INT=1
R40201 ACFAIL

What does it mean? What is best route to resolve?

To me, "ACFAIL" sounds like a problem with power - either the inlet or the power supply.

Best is if you contact your service provider or product supplier.
