Hot, remote copy between 2 XP512 systems

There are 2 XP512 systems, one in Houston and one in Philadelphia, which I would like to do hot copies between eachother.
Is there any app already available to do this?
FTP is my last option.

Continuous Access (CA) Software allows you to create an maintain remote copies of the data. This funtion is useful for data duplication, backup, an disaster recovery purposes.
