How long will the Controller battery status indicator ON??

I had changed the EVA4000 battery ，after 5 days the indicator is always off.Is it OK or bad?
How long will the Controller battery status indicator ON??

Cache battery assembly indicator
When the indicator is off, the battery assembly is charged
When this indicator is amber, the battery assembly is discharged

The indicator wiil be ON till the battery charges. It will take 96 to 180 hours to charge
