How to assign a HDS 9500V lun to two controllers

We have a HDS 9570 setup with HDLM installed, we need a configuration where every HDS lun has one owner path and one non-owner path. To do this, one option is to assign each LUN to both controllers (CHA-0 and CHA-1). How can we acheive this? tried to do this using DAMP and HiCommand Device Manager, both dont seem to provide any means to do this, any ideas are welcome.
