How to determine what disk is failing on a MSA1000

I have a raidset configuration on an MSA1000. There is a disk within this raidset that is failing, but I can not determine which one it might be. Because this disk is not failing gracefully, it is causing the this reaidset and another to go into a mount/verify state. Attached you will find the unit inquestion on the MSA1000 and the diagnostic report showing the error message for this set. Based on this error report can you tell me what disk is actually failing?

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Look at the MSA1000 CLI reference Guide, connect via CLI to collect the logs,
post those LOGS here, please.

P.S. i think the command should be:
show tech_support

The command show tech_support does not provide any logs. They are currently at firmware version 4.32 on these controllers.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hi Louann,

have you tried Array Diagnostic Utility ?
That is a good tool in such scenarios.

hi,

how often do you get these errors ? do they show up as device errors in vms ? has anything changed recently ? are there any errors showing up on your switch ports ?

please: find the CLI reference guide and collect the logs.

I think this could be the only way to be 100% sure...

It would appear that this site has and continues to have power issues. I'm going to go ahead and close this out.

Thank you all for your input.
