We have found a bad disk thru the navigation of sam (hpux 11). Please refer to document attached and help us to provide a solution on replacing this kind of hard disk.

Solution
You should be able to replace the disk live if the disk is part of a RAID group with redundancy (any raid type except raid-0). Service, user and advanced user guides are here

Take special note at the advanced user's guide on page 390 about the write cache of the replaced disk.

It also required the same model type of disk,
in this case is "LC" type.
