HpssDataCollect failed to run
Not sure since when, since we have new CommandView (V.1.4) in place, a process, HpssDataCollect, has been down. I try to bring it back up by restarting CommandView, as well as by starting it from Services menu. Both without success. It will report "an internal error with Windows NT". So, not sure what that means. However, from my access to CommandView, looks it's functioning ok. Just wonder what this process is for? and how can I resolve it? What should I do to get it running?
