I bught a storage EVA3000 and I doest have WWN and Ckecksum label

I bught a storage EVA3000 and it is asking for the WWN and Ckecksum. 

The former owner got it from another person and no one can find the WWN and Checksum

How do I get these number if I dont have the label ??

Receipts might get you them.
I wonder if HP support can get them for you? But I suppose you'd have to pay to even get to speak with HP Support. Maybe the licensing team can help you out? https://webware.hp.com

ok, but i suppose I'm not the first person who has had this problem, perhaps somebody can help me solve this? I  got to know that using a serial cable (modem null) I might get the data from the controller... is that possible?

Why not, give it a shot? There's a bunch of commands you can run in there. There's no public documentation about them but I believe I've seen some output from the serial console here on the forum, so you may get some help from there.

Have you looked in the /fieldservicepage ? Maybe there's something useful there.

hi, I haven't tried the cable yet because i don't have it, but i'm still looking into it. I couldn't find any info related to fieldservicepage. I'm really sad about my situation

The system is asking for the values because they are no longer stored in the system. Some clever persons put the stickers on the controller chassis, not only inside the rack. You may try to ask HP by providing the serial number (on another sticker ...).
