Is HP DLT8000(ultrium) on sun unix system possible?

If possible, How???

Hello.

DLT8000 and Ultrium are two different drives with different technologies.

Both drives are compatible with Sun Solaris 2.6. HW compatibility is a different thing, this depends whether the drive is external or internal, are you referring to Ultirum 215 or 230 etc...
