Is the new DCM shrimk feature in the EVA X100 anouncement available for W2K3?

Hello all.

Does anybody out there know if the new EVA X100 Dynamic Capacity Management feature of shrinking volumes is available for Windows 2003?

I have not been able to find any info about this?

regards

Lars

Hi Lars,

I understand that it should be available for Windows 2003. However it isn't available yet...

Check out this page:
http://h20331.www2.hp.com/enterprise/cache/504592-0-0-0-121.html

which says :
"HP Dynamic Capacity Manager EVAâ making it easy for you to buy only what you need today, doubling capacity utilization efficiency and saving up to 45% on power (Note: This product will be available in late 2007.)"

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Rob
