LaserJet 1320tn WinNT Driver Installation Problem

Our company have purchased LJ 1320tn recently and plug it to our LAN. It works fine with WinXP client, but when we are not able to install the driver in NT workstation with the bundled driver CD. There is no INF for NT OS. We also try to download the driver from HP website, but we are failed that the error message 'The procedure entry point SetupCopyOEMinfA could not be located in the dynamic link library SETUPAPI.dll'. We have dumped the error screen as attached.

Our WinNT has installed the service pack 5.

Is there any other HP printer driver support 1320tn?
