MA8000 Bad power supply or fan

I am getting this message, but all LEDs on PS and fans are green. I think that one of the fans is causing this problem but I do not know which one to replace.

What's the full message you are getting, and what is sending it?

I am getting this message on HSG80 console:"Controller shelf has a bad power supply or fan" and there is an error beep from EMU in 2200 shelf. But all LEDs on all three fans and power supply are green.
