MSA 1000 Monitoring

How do you configure monitoring of the Power Supply and Fans on the MSA 1000? Insight Manager picks up the Hard Drives but does not pickup the power supply or fans. I am using the latest menegements agents.

Mohamed,

Check if the monitoring driver is loaded. If called CPQFCAC.SYS. You see if it is load in the survey. Go to C:\compaq\survey and run survey.exe. Then open survey.txt and search on cpqfcac.sys.

Also check so that the fibre channel information in the control panel. Go control panel and double click on Insight Manager agents.
