MSA 1000

I have an MSA 1000 where i have one HDD that have the online light blinking, the status light also blinks from time to time,
When i go to its information from the ACU I see the rebuild 0% done , for 2 days it stayed 0%.
Can i remove the disk and replace it? the array is in raid 5. 8 disks in raid 5.

Removing the disk isn't good idea because the HDD LED is blinking.

1)If you can see the data in the raid, backup that first.
2)Use HP ADU to diagnose the RAID. See the report.

well how to get off this situation? I cannot remove the disk and the disk has stayed for 2 days rebuilding at 0%.
