MSA 20 not changing SCSI ID
Hi all,
I've recently attached a Storageworks MSA 20 full of 500GB disks to a DL365, but it's stuck on SCSI ID 01 and the buttons beside the LCD panel don't change the ID. I've tried leaving it powered off for a while and then bringing it back up, but it keeps the same ID.
How can I get it to change SCSI ID without those buttons?
Thanks,
Eoin
