MSA 2012fc, Duplicate volumes appear on both physical hosts

Hi!

Here's my configuration:

- 2 Proliant DL 360 G5 connected to MSA 2012fc
directly attached with FC cables.
- Proliant DL 360 G5 has Windows server 2008
R2 installed.
- MPIO is installed on both hosts.

I've created 1 vdisk(RAID 5) and 3 volumes.
Multipath feature is installed on both hosts.
For some reason my volumes appear duplicated in disk manager. I now have 6 volumes.
Any one knows how to solved this?
Could it be that Windows server 2008 R2 is not supported on MSA2012FC?
If so, do anyone have a workaround?
I've also tried HPs own MPIO software without any success.
OR could it be that I've missed a very important configuration setting when configuring the MSA2012fc?

Kind regards,
Torgeir

Did you try the correct version of the MPIO DSM? There are a couple available from HP...

What about HBA drivers? You have the latest version installed?
