Hi Everyone,
I have a MSA 2312fc and the Enclosure ID Led, keeps showing 0 (Green) but sometimes it disappears and then come back again. Is this a normal operation?
Thanks in advance,

Which LED are you talking about left side or right side? I have an MSA2312fc and can check for you but need to know which one.

Re: MSA 2312fc Enclosure ID Led
Ok, I have checked all three our our MSAs and the shelf number is not blinking, it is on solid. Here are some of the things you can check.
Do you see any errors in the log file of the MSA, that corresponds with shelf one? Are all of the power cords and shelf cables seated all the way?
