MSA 500 G2 Service Port
I have a customer that is investigating intermittent slow application responses, part of that invetsigation relates to how well the MSA is responding to traffic. (Apart from the LED's and the display). [The MSA is connected to 3 x P400 SCSI adapters in DL360's running VMware] Can the service port on the MSA500 G2 be used to issue the commands:
show perf logical and show perf tech_support?
or is the port incapable of interrogation requests?
Are there any useful diagnostics other than the above to detect any performance issues?

Re: MSA 500 G2 Service Port
Thanks for that pointer, I already had that document, all it refers to is the 'Service port for HP technicians only' the remainder of the tools don't give us what is needed, write cache filling, read rates etc.
We had hoped we could access the port and capture more detailed information.
Any MSA technicians out there aboe to assist with information??
