MSA 500 G2 reconfiguration

Hello,
we have MSA500 G2 connected in cluster set up to 2 Proliant servers, i want to break this whole config and just connect one server to the MSA with completely new setup, recreate RAID, etc but i need to know how to start and in what order, is there a document to help me in this?
