Hi all,
I know that my problem was reffered at:
of your site but noone gave a solution about that.
From event logs I have the following warning:
Supercapacitor failure. Status cell 2 voltage is too high (28), State: failure (12) (p2: 3964, p3: 0)
Has anybody ever seen this error?
MSA works properly with no red lights.

Re: MSA p2000 g3 supercapacitor failure
It is suggested to upgrade the firmware to the latest revision. The newer enchancements in the latest firmware code will improve the overall stability of the MSA.
Regards
Zsal
If this helps, thank me with Kudos !!

SolutionHi Zsal,
I had upgraded the storage to the latest version before open the issue in the forum.
As I checked to HP P2000 G3 MSA System Event Descriptions Reference Guide the error log was the following:
217
Error A supercapacitor failure occurred on the controller.
As recommended actions was to replace the controller module that logged this event.
So I opened a ticket yesterday to HP and we changed the controller last night and everything works properly.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Spyros
