MSA1000 + FC Switch 2/6 PortTp
I have an MSA1000 with FC Switch 2/6. I have been conducting I/O tests and want to understand the PortTp display on the 2/6 FC Switch - in particular what are the units of measurement?? I see a figure of 1.8k when the port is passing 7MB/s write to a disk, so clearly not MegaBytes/second or Megabits/second - what are the units?

Re: MSA1000 + FC Switch 2/6 PortTp
Off the top of my head, I'm not sure, (I would have to go and dig up a manual...), but from the sounds of it, I would say I/O's Per Second (IOPS) would be the units.
1.8k IOPS at 4k blocksize is about 7MB/s.
