MSA1000 upgrade firmware on disks

Hello All,

How do i update firmware on the MSA100 disks.
When using firmware cd 8.20 i cannot see the disk in the MSA1000 enclosure connected via fibre to a DL380 G4.

Forgot to mention O/S is W2003.

Please provide more information about your configuration including HBA model, etc. Also, if you could attach the HPSUM debug files which are located at %temp%/hp_sum, it would be appreciated. I can review them to see if I can determine what the issue is.
