MSA1500 performance degrading after adding array controller
Hi,
we have an MSA1500 + MSA30 in a high availability configuration. 3 Servers are using storage on the MSA. All runs fine. Then we add an additional 6400 array controller to one of the servers that are using the MSA (a DL380 G4) to connect to an separate MSA20 and since then, the read performance for that server on the MSA is dramatically reduced. The other two servers are not affected. What may be the reason?
Thanks in advance.

Re: MSA1500 performance degrading after adding array controller
Hi,
This doesn't sound like a problem with the MSA as such. More likely a conflict of drivers on the server...
What operating system are you using ?
How does the server connect to the MSA ?
Cheers,
Rob
