MSA1500cs error: Missing redundant path

Hi,

I have a problem with a MSA1500cs: ACU on the server shows "missing redundant path" (translated from german).It is a MSA1500cs with dual controllers, A/P firmware 5.20.
The ports on the SAN-switches show all ports as "online".
Is this a normal behaviour when using the A/P firmware or what might be the reason for the error message?
