MSA20 MSA 20 running with 1000GB (1TB) or 2000GB (2TB) SATA disks
Hi,
I'm interested in an update if anyone has managed to get an MSA 20 MSA20 running with 1TB or 2TB sata disks.
I tried a 3TB (3000GB) and it came up as a 801MB disk so that was a big fail.
not confident I have upped the firmware properly. I ran the smart start CD but I did it in unattended mode so not sure if it did the job will have to return to the site and do it again.

The quickspecs lists the supported disks, up to 1TB:

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

There are posts on these forums where people are claiming 2TB drives are working with the MSA20
