MSA20 with DL380 G5 and 6402 controller

MSA20 with DL380 G5 and 6402 controller

I have the above configuration, and the ACU does not see the MSA20. All of the documentation says that you should choose the external controller to configure the MSA, but the only controllers that show up are the internal p400 and the 6402 that is in slot 5. Do I need to install anything else? All of the firmware is up to date as far as I can tell.
