MSA2000 mapping issue when adding second volume
Have a RX2660 and MSA2000 with a 4-member raid5.
Create the first volume OK, VMS see the OK.
Create the next volume and I get the following message.
Unable to create volume vdisk1_v002.
Mapping(s) were not added. The command may have partially succeeded. (vdisk1_v002) - The volume(s) were not mapped successfully.
Any ideas?

Re: MSA2000 mapping issue when adding second volume
with the error, I assume it is G2/G3. Please update to latest firmware M111R06-04/TS201R014. A lot of fixes are present there which includes mapping problems as well
