MSA2012FC
Our MSA2012fc has started showing some strange behavior recently. I am unable to load the web interface. It will usually let me get to the login page and login. But then not all the page elements load properly or function. The wost it's been is when I get a "The connection was interrupted" message in the browser. Anyone have any ideas as to why this would be happening? Thanks.

Re: MSA2012FC
Do you have another MSA in facility where you can try the same and see the difference?
I doubt it's more to do with your PC (OS+Browser'sCache+Java), or a worst case network might be causing slowness.
Try clearing cache and check Java, if needed upgrade Java to latest version. No harm trying with Firefox or any other browser.
Hope that helps.

Re: MSA2012FC
Hello,
I had this error a couple of times and it was always a browser, network connection or client related issue. Try restarting the browser, clean the browser cache or check the network connection. Use Firefox 3.x or IE7.
Best regards,
Patrick
