MSA2221fc mini-DB9 cable

Hi there,

We have a problem with an MSA2212fc : we can't access both controllers neither through telnet not web interface. We are supposed to connect with a serial cable but the connector is very peculiar : mini-DB9 !
Does anyone know if this cable ships with the MSA or should we look for it in the retail ?

The controllers were configured to use DHCP from factory. That's weird, by default they should be configured to use static IP@.
