MSA2312fc HDD firmware upgrade

Now that we have an EXE (cp014522.exe) to upgrade all the drives on an MSA, and we are told it is an "off line" activity, is there any way I can update just one drive, that is not yet part of any group?

yes I have but it does not seem to just allow me to update jsut one disk
