MSA30 Dual Bus with 6404 Controller

I have two Proliant DL360G5 and one MSA30 Dual Bus. Because this is for my first time to install MSA30, I still confuse about how to connect VDHCI SCSI cable between 6404 controller to MSA30. A port in MSA30 connect to A1/A2? or B1/B2 in 6404 controller? how about B port? And now, A1 port server-1 connect to A port(MSA30). It's run well. But all port Server-2 connect to B port(MSA30), no drive detected.
