Did you take care of the hardware errors I pointed out on the two drives? You have 2 drives in logical volume 5 that have errors!

I also asked that you post the entire SSP ACL info, which you haven't done yet.

Hi Vipul,

Please ensure that the MSA controller is correctly getting detected by Linux console. You can refer to the following location for the same:

cat /proc/scsi/scsi

Also check for /var/log/messages for any I/O errors reported by any of the hdds on that volume.

The problem was with the I/O card slot and its working after I/O card change.
