MSA500 hangs
Hello All,
We have a DL380 Packaged Cluster which contins 2 HP ProLiant DL380 servers with WIN2000 and MSA500 storage.
We change the cache policy from 50 read/50 write to 10 read/90 write.
On the next day MSA500 hanged and no error messages were present in the EventViewer or Storage console, but the situation looks like the servers lost connect with the storage.
In the attachment you will find all the necessary information.
Help me please, its very important.
Thank in advance.
Max
