MSA60 Cascading Error

Hi!

I have a problem with an MSA60: after cascading with 2 additional MSA60 enclosures, the Fault LED on the first enclosure turned Amber. Yet, SIM doesn't show any errors. I didn't find any docs on what the Fault LED means.

Did anybody have anything like this?

I have the same condition on an MSA-60 we just installed. Did you ever find out a solution to this problem?

No, nobody answered, but the problem still persists. Yet it doesn't interfere with the work of the device.

since you say you 'added' 2 msa60 did you make sure all 3 are at the same firmware level? (and the controller is up to date also)

A couple of suggestions.

1). Please update to the latest P800 FW. 5.22FW.

2). If the fans are high speed or you have amber LEDs, please flash the MSA60 controller again.
