Mass Storage stripping and mirroring

I have a storage Enclosure with 8 disks, seperate with 2 controllers.
So I can mirroring 4 disks, also I want striped 1 /dev/vg01/lvol9 accros de 4 disks
Is there someone who can tell me howe to do ???
