Migrate from single disk to RAID 1 Set

Hi,

I have a Proliant 1600 with one 18.2Gb hard drive hanging off the integrated SCSi Controller. I am hoping to install a RAID Controller and 1 extra disk to create a RAID 1 Set. Has anyone any suggestions on how to migrate the data onto the RAID set ? Is it possible to keep the data on the disk?

I think you can.
1st,install hardware
2nd,creat a new array by SamrtStart on new controller
3rd,format new disk in Windows
4th,move data from old partition to the new one
well, done
