Hi all,
I am using NIKE Model 20 connecting to HP-UX. Now one 9GB HDD of 9G and 18G HDDs is failed.
Could you pls help to advise if I can replace failed 9GB HDD with a good 18GB HDD?
Thanks all and would appreciate if you could help.

HI,
Are there 2 disk failures in the array?
Have one 9GB disk and one 18 GB failed?
If so, you may not have your data. The Nike takes care of only 1 concurrent disk failure.
I hope these disks have failed in different RAID groups, so that you have your data intact.
if a 9GB disk has failed, replace with another 9GB only. Why would you put a 18GB disk there?
Cheers,
Mohan.
